This is an extraordinarily versatile brut spumante wine. Obtained from cuveè grapes from our own farm (bianchello and chardonnay) and refermented in autoclave for three months. The name Esther is dedicated to my wife that in some way reflects the characteristics of this wine: lively and sparkling.
Matching. Great as an aperitif but also for entire meals, puff pastries, oysters and delicate fish dishes. Serving temperature.
